We are a young, rapid-growing team with bold ideas and high standards, and we're now looking for a Social Media Director to lead our digital storytelling game.

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and sharp Social Media Director to head our social media vertical. The ideal candidate comes with extensive agency experience , knows how to juggle multiple client mandates with flair, and has the leadership skills to guide a growing team of social media managers, strategists, and creators.
Experience with clients in F&B;, hospitality, fashion, and luxury is a strong bonus.

Own and drive the overall social media strategy across client accounts
Lead and mentor a team of social media managers, associates and trainees and
Act as the key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment at every step




Manage multiple accounts across industries with precision and creativity
Oversee social media calendars, content planning, execution, reporting, and insights
Collaborate with internal design, copy, performance, and PR teams for seamless 360° campaigns
Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and content trends
Review and approve content before delivery to clients
Present strategies and campaign performance to clients with confidence
Support in new business development, pitches, and proposal building
5+ years of experience in a social media / digital agency setup

- Strong track record of handling multiple high-value client accounts
- Hands-on leadership experience managing teams and scaling workflows
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Creative and strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with F&B;, fashion, hospitality, or luxury clients is a big plus
- Ability to lead performance reviews, client meetings, and team development
