Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Karimnagar. The Sales Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and supporting team members in achieving individual and team goals. The role involves managing the showroom floor, guiding customers through vehicle selection, pricing, and financing options, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing sales strategies, tracking leads, preparing reports, and coordinating with management on promotions and inventory planning.



The position also includes training and mentoring sales staff, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and processes.

Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.

Strong skills in team leadership, performance coaching, and staff motivation.

Ability to build customer relationships, handle negotiations, and close sales effectively.

Proficiency in basic business reporting, sales forecasting, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Comfort working in office in Karimnagar, with flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required.

Knowledge of local market dynamics and familiarity with automotive products and services is an advantage.
