We are seeking a energetic and experienced Training Manager to lead our training initiatives across various locations in India, particularly in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. As a Training Manager, you will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions that align with organizational goals. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. - Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with business objectives and employee development plans.



- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. - Prepare and manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
