The Lead Engineer - Systems plays a critical role in the design, integration, testing, and validation of complex rail systems, including signalling, communications, power, and rolling stock interfaces. This role ensures that all subsystems work together seamlessly to meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure traceability of requirements through the V-model or similar systems engineering frameworks.
Assist in resolving technical issues during design, construction, and commissioning phase

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

- 10-13 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in rail or transportation projects.
- Familiarity with rail systems such as CBTC, ETCS, PTC, or conventional signalling.
- Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS NG, MBSE Tools such as IBM Rhapsody and Sparx Enterprise Architect




- Experience with practical application of System Engineering processes and EN 15288 standard - developing, documenting and evidencing systems integration activities across the complete asset / project lifecycle.
- INCOSE certification or equivalent systems engineering training.

MBSE Tools such as IBM Rhapsody
Experience with RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) analysis.
Understanding of cybersecurity in rail systems.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or metro projects.
