Client Relationship Manager (CRM) - FEMALE ONLY
Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing their requirements from order confirmation until shipment delivery and payment collection.
2. Proactively provide regular shipment updates, including ETD, ETA, delays, and delivery status.
3. Take complete ownership of customer queries, complaints, and problems until they are resolved.
4. Follow up with customers on quotations shared, proactively seek feedback on the prices offered, understand reasons for lost business, and coordinate with the pricing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
6. Maintain rigorous follow-ups and ensure no customer query, commitment, or pending issue is overlooked.
7. Collect customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Maintain skilled, timely, and transparent communication with all customers. Skill(s) required

4. Polite, proactive, responsible, and confident in handling customers.
5. Ability to manage difficult situations and work independently.
