Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.

Customize nCino Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Onboarding, and Deposits modules.

Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder, and Visualforce.

Integrate nCino with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.

Follow Salesforce and nCino best practices for security, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

Require 6–10 years of experience.

Require solid Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL,



and Triggers.

Require hands-on nCino platform development experience.

Require experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.

Require knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Require experience with CI/CD tools and deployment methodologies.

Require a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred qualifications include nCino certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder certifications, and banking or financial-services domain experience.
