About My Design Minds My Design Minds is a product design and engineering solutions company specializing in industrial design, mechanical CAD, electronics, prototyping, product development, and manufacturing support.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident in communication, proactive in lead generation, and capable of converting prospects into business opportunities.

Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, online research and other channels.

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce My Design Minds' services.

Identify companies that may require product design, CAD, prototyping, engineering or manufacturing services.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the technical team to understand and communicate project requirements.

Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.

Good English communication and professional email writing.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.





Valuable negotiation and relationship-building skills.

B2B sales experience.

Lead generation and cold calling experience.

LinkedIn prospecting.

CRM experience.

Experience selling services to businesses is an advantage.

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Candidates with 0–2 years of B2B sales/business development experience may apply.

Candidates should be comfortable working full-time from our Noida office .
