Amicus Publico LLP is seeking a office clerk (not an advocate) with prior law firm experience to manage administrative and operational tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will understand legal workflows, document handling, and client confidentiality, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Maintain and organize client files, legal documents, and case records.
Working on legal correspondence, notices, and other legal documents.
Assist with billing, invoicing, cause list and expense tracking.

Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality protocols.
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or legal workplace regarding office clerk
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and document management systems.
Experience with case management software or law firm ERP systems.
