Role: Finance Administrator
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to manage daily financial operations and support overall financial planning. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.




Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare periodic financial reports for management
Handle bank, vendor, customer, GST & TDS reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Support internal and external audits
Manage GST & TDS filings and related documentation and GST claim
Work efficiently on accounting software systems
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or related field
Robust knowledge of GST & TDS filing
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain finance
Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and accounting software
Comfortable with numbers and analysis
