Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at our factory at Barasat. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, inventory and stock management, and operational coordination. Experience in F&B;, Confectionery, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update operational records, reports, trackers, and databases using MS Excel.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, inward/outward stock, and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, consumption, and other operational transactions.
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Assist in inventory planning and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, Sales, and other departments for operational requirements.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and Excel-based operational reports.
- Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Class 12 pass; Graduate preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Inventory, Stock Management, or Coordination.
- Experience in F&B;, Confectionery, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Robust understanding of stock and inventory management.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be responsible, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
