Job Summary

Own the post-sales engine for Jwellog, our Jewellery Management SaaS. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle client success, team leadership, renewals, and workflow optimization.

Core Ownership & Responsibilities

1. Existing Client Success: Manage onboarding, adoption, retention, and overall account health.

2. AMC Renewals & Collections: Handle due tracking, follow-ups, payment closure, and MIS.

3. Support Team Leadership: Oversee tickets, SLAs, escalations, and team performance.

4.



Daily Training Planner: Drive product, process, communication, and call coaching.

5. SOPs, MIS & Workflow: Maintain trackers, compliance, reporting, and process improvement.

6. Sales-to-Post-Sales Bridge: Ensure structured handover and zero commitment gaps.

Candidate Requirements

Must have hands-on SaaS / IT operations experience.

Proven track record in team handling and managing client escalations.

Solid workflow ownership and communication skills.
