We're looking for a highly skilled Telugu Podcast Video Editor who can transform podcast conversations into engaging, high-retention short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

You should understand Telugu conversations, identify powerful moments, create engaging storytelling edits, and use high-quality motion graphics to make every video visually compelling and amazing understanding of telugu songs

? Selection Process

Step 1: Editing Test

- Complete a 20–30 second Telugu podcast reel editing test.
- Your editing will be evaluated on storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, sound design, creativity, and attention to detail.

Step 2: Mandatory 10-Day Internship

- Before full-time joining, you will undergo a 10-day internship.
- You will learn our internal editing style and work on 3 real client videos.
- Payment will be provided for the client videos completed during the internship.
- Final selection will depend on your editing quality, speed, consistency, and ability to follow feedback.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Adobe After Effects.

- Strong understanding of Telugu, including conversational Telugu, Telugu-English (Tinglish), and the ability to identify impactful moments in podcast conversations.
- Experience editing Telugu podcasts, interviews, business conversations,



or educational content is preferred.
- Ability to create engaging, fast-paced edits with dynamic text animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of sound design, sound effects (SFX), background music (BGM), overlays, transitions, and visual effects.
- Ability to create animated subtitles, emphasize key words, and maintain accurate Telugu and English captions.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, RunwayML, Hailuo, ElevenLabs, and similar tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to understand creative feedback and implement revisions quickly.

System Requirements

Minimum 16GB RAM.

- Dedicated graphics card with at least 8GB VRAM.
- Stable internet connection for Zoom and remote collaboration.
- A capable system that can handle After Effects projects, motion graphics, and high-resolution footage.
- ? Editing Speed & Delivery ExpectationsMust be capable of editing at least two 90-second videos per day while maintaining quality.

- Must meet deadlines without compromising storytelling, sound design, or visual quality.
- Must be comfortable working with multiple videos and revisions simultaneously.

? Responsibilities

Edit Telugu podcast clips into engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

- Identify hooks, powerful statements, emotional moments, controversial opinions,



and valuable insights from long-form podcast recordings.
- Create attention-grabbing openings that encourage viewers to keep watching.
- Add dynamic subtitles, keyword highlights, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
- Use relevant stock footage, overlays, images, AI-generated visuals, and other supporting assets where appropriate.
- Maintain the speaker's natural tone while improving pacing and removing unnecessary pauses.
- Collaborate with the creative director to execute the required editing style.
- Share work progress hourly using the company's tracking format.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure smooth revisions and handovers.
- Deliver videos consistently within the assigned timelines.
