- Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and modern software design principles

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes to improve deployment efficiency and operational excellence

- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices within the team

- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation

- Support innovation initiatives focused on automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled solutions

- AI Builder Responsibilities:

- Use GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI) to ideate, prototype, and implement features efficiently





- Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity

- Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Solid experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs

- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

- Experience with source control systems such as Git

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Valuable understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles

- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices

- Proven solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Preferred Qualifications :

- Healthcare domain experience

- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments

- Knowledge of observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dyna
