- Roles and Responsibilities _

Ø Generate sales enquiries from industrial customers, OEMs, panel builders, electrical contractors, consultants and end users.

Ø Promote assigned product range such as VFD, switchgear, motors, Phoenix Contact products or other industrial electrical products.

Ø Visit customers regularly for product promotion, requirement understanding and business development.

Ø Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order finalization.

Ø Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Ø Coordinate with internal technical, purchase and logistics teams for quotation, delivery and after-sales support.

Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ø Maintain customer database, enquiry records, quotation follow-up and sales reports.

Ø Collect market information related to customer requirements,



competitor activities and pricing.

Ø Support payment follow-up and basic commercial coordination.

Ø Attend product training and continuously improve technical product knowledge.

- Required Skills _

Ø Good communication and presentation skills.

Ø Strong sales aptitude and willingness to meet customers.

Ø Interest in industrial products and technical sales.

Ø Ability to learn technical products and explain them to customers.

Ø Good follow-up skills and positive attitude.

Ø Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

Ø Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving ability will be preferred.

Ø Any graduate with interest in B2B sales can apply.

Ø Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
