Experience - 3 - 7 Years Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities of the Design Team 1. Translate Project Concept into Practical Design Develop productive, buildable layouts aligned with the approved project concept and positioning 2. Ensure Regulatory Compliance Designs to be in accordance with local building by-laws, fire norms, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements. 3. Optimize Space Utilization Maximize FSI/FAR usage, improve carpet efficiency, and maximise Saleable area. 4. Design Within Approved Budget Maintain cost discipline and provide value engineering options without compromising functionality. 5. Provide Coordinated & Clash-Free Drawings Ensure proper coordination with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants before issuing drawings. 6. Deliver Drawings as per Agreed Milestones Submit concept, schematic, working,



and GFC drawings within defined timelines. 7. Maintain Revision & Documentation Control Track drawing versions, document changes clearly, and avoid unauthorized revisions. 8. Support During Construction Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs promptly, and approve materials and shop drawings. 9. Ensure Design Intent is Maintained on Site Monitor execution quality and ensure the constructed output matches approved drawings. 10. Follow the Structured Communication Protocol Participate in coordination meetings, share updates regularly, and document decisions formally. Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
