Job Summary : Key Responsibilities

- Support the Sales Head by assisting:

- In Sales and service targets for Power Tools by way of customer visits.

- In executing the defined strategy by coordinating sales and service operations across regions/customers.

- In generating enquiries & coordinating the quotes, delivery schedules.

- In Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships through timely communication and support.

- In Technical Clarifications, training, presentations, and technical demonstrations for customers or internal teams.

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) for smooth order execution.

- Assist in regularly follow up on quotes, payment collections and resolve billing-related issues with internal teams.

- Prepare detailed technical reports of the site visits

Skills & Qualifications :





- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering .

- 3 year experience minimum. :

- Fluency in English and Hindi/Bengali .

- Technical knowledge of installation and commissioning any Power Tool is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for presentations, data management, and official correspondence.

- Any additional technical or management certifications will be considered a plus.

- Solid communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to customers and team members.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern Zone. (West Bengal)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
