Job Position :SIte Engineer - Marine Operations

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Job Highlights : Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and monitor marine site operations and maintenance activities.
- Oversee execution of marine projects and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate manpower deployment at project sites.
- Handle payroll processing and attendance tracking for project staff.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on project progress, workforce status, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marine site operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in marine operations supervision or marine project management would be highly preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.




- Knowledge of payroll handling and workforce management.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work on-site across various locations in India, specially Bihar, Assam & UP.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate outside West Bengal.
- Experience in handling multiple marine projects simultaneously is an advantage.

Reach Asia, from the House of Eastern Navigation Pvt. Ltd. is a marine services company providing vessel operations, inland logistics, and marine infrastructure support across India.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
