Goal of the Postion Ensure that Warranty Targets achieved and Warranty Cost Reduction Program is in place. Field Data Analysed to understand Focal Points for Field Part Analysis and if Special Warranty Parts needs to be requested to confirm Hypothesis about Field Siutation. Based on Warranty Part Analysis, technical Factor is calculated and negotiated acc. Warranty Contract with OEM and SuSuppliers. Field Data and Warranty Parts participate in legal requirement for Market Observation, so the Warranty Engineer review this acc. potential risks for the customer and work close together with product safety responsible. During the PPAP Phase, she/he align with the OEM and Sub-Tiers about the Warranty Concept for Stage 1 Testing (detection of permanent failures) and Stage 2 Testing (dection of sporadic failures under stress conditions). Role 2)Quality Processes - Key Function: Quality Engineer

Goal of the Postion Ensure that Project Quality Work (APQP/VDA RGA) is done acc. OEM/SMP Requirements to meet Quality Targets for new Projects. For Projects already in serial production, the Quality Engineer review the part status acc. Product Control Plan Requirments and drive the solution with a cross functional team in case of nok results from internal measurements or even complaints fromCustomer.



If a Purchased Part affected or Intercompany Part affected, the they align with Supplier/Tier2 Site about the corrective action and evaluate the effectivness. Role 3)Quality Processes - Key Function: IMDS Responsible

Goal of the Postion Ensure Compliance and Integrity of the IMDS Data Set acc. Legal and Customer Requirements. To do so, the IMDS Resp. Has to build up the IMDS Data Set MPP and upload it into the IMDS System using the correct filters and structure. He is doing as well a pre-check of the Sub-Tier IMDS Data to ensure that the IMDS Data Set will pass the OEM Filter. In addition they monitor the legal Situation e.g. REACH and trigger the Engineering Change process, if Material is on the Sunset List. when OEM asking for complinace evidence or special reports, they will screen the IMDS Dataset and provide related reports to the OEM e.g. CMRT.

Role 4)Quality Processes - Key Function: Key User SAP Q-Module

Goal of the Postion Ensure, that the integrity of the SAP Q-Module is given acc. processes and data. Means Key-User runs regular data integrity checks and drive actions together with the plants to improve it. In addition, the Key-User Provides training to the organization and support the role out within MPP Group, which includes User MM on MPP Level. The Key-User analyse the process within MPP, as well customer-, legal-requirements and market trends to develop the SAP Q-Module. In reference to the development of the tool, the Key-User defines based on it book of duty/specification and do acceptance tests. Out of this, the Key user generate training manuals and documentations acc. IATF16949. The Key user generate monthly reports about the Q-Modul Status and the Performance Data for the Q-Processes managed SAP Q-Modul. If needed, the Key-User runs special analysis on request. Qualification for this position (Certification/Training Evidence req.) SAP Q-Modul Expert IATF16949 Basic Training
