Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

Location : Ahmedabad Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month Experience : 1-3 Years

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Engineer to handle industrial sales and business development activities for engineering products. The role involves visiting industrial clients, generating business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors
- Visit clients for product promotion, presentations, and business meetings
- Handle direct marketing and sales of engineering goods/products
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
- B.E.



Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial field sales or engineering product sales
- Experience in industrial product marketing will be an added advantage
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Preferred Skills :

- Strong understanding of industrial sales processes
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
- Professional attitude with positive presentation skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- B2B sales: 1 year (required)
- Industrial equipment: 1 year (preferred)
