We are looking for a Scan to BIM Engineer responsible for converting laser scan and point cloud data into accurate BIM models. The role includes creating architectural, structural, and MEP models using BIM software while ensuring alignment with scan data and project standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Convert point cloud/laser scan data into BIM models.
- Develop accurate 3D models using Revit and related tools.
- Generate plans, sections, and elevations from models.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure model accuracy.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical.
- Experience in Revit and point cloud processing tools (Recap/Faro/Leica).
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and LOD standards.
