Job Description: Maintenance Engineer / Technician

Company : Aadinath Flexipack Department : Maintenance Location : Indore Salary : ₹15,000+ (Based on experience) Working Hours : 10-12 Hours Shift

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance of all production machines (printing, lamination, cutting, sealing, etc.)

- Handle machine breakdowns quickly to reduce production loss

- Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports :

- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues :

- Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of machines

- Coordinate with production team for smooth operations

- Maintain spare parts inventory and report shortages

- Follow safety standards and company policies strictly

Requirements & Skills

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in flexible packaging or manufacturing industry :





- Knowledge of printing machines, lamination machines, and sealing machines preferred

- Basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC (optional) :

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills :

- Ability to work in long shifts (12 hours) :

- Discipline and team coordination skills

Additional Requirements

- Must follow company dress code and safety guidelines :

- Should be available for shift duties (day/night) :
