Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inward & outward material entries (GRN, issue slips, stock registers)
- Maintain proper storage, stacking, and preservation of construction materials
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping (manual & system-based)
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store
- Coordinate with site engineers and vendors for material dispatch and receipt
- Prevent material loss, damage, and pilferage

Key Requirements

- Experience in store handling within construction/real estate projects
- Basic knowledge of inventory software / MS Excel
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
