Key Responsibilities :

- System Analysis : Review and analyze complex system specifications and business requirement documents (SRS/FRS) to ensure full test coverage.
- Test Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with QA Leads and Engineers to develop effective test strategies, comprehensive test plans, and detailed test cases.
- Advanced Execution : Execute manual test cases (Functional, Integration, System, and Regression) and perform deep-dive failure analysis to debug issues.
- API Testing : Perform manual API testing using tools like Postman to validate request and response data integrity.
- Defect Management : Document, report, and track defects using Jira or any other similar tool; prioritize bugs based on severity and impact, especially during sprint closures.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular and transparent test status reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
- Mentorship & Quality Culture :



Help troubleshoot complex issues and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the SDLC.
- AI-Assisted Testing : Proven ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Generative AI for test case, scenario, user manual, defect reporting, test report drafting, AI-powered bug tracking) to accelerate the manual testing process and improve defect detection accuracy.

Job Specification :

- Testing Methodology : Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Database Skills : Proficiency in writing and executing basic SQL queries for back-end validation.
- Tools : Working knowledge of Test Management and Bug Tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Specialized Knowledge : Familiarity with browser developer tools (Console, Network, Application tabs) for client-side debugging.
