Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and schedule.
- Coordinate with Site Engineer, Contractors, and Labour teams.
- Ensure work execution as per quality and safety standards.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
- Check materials, tools, and equipment availability at site.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and PPE usage.
- Report daily progress to Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Resolve in office issues related to work, labour, and materials.
- Maintain site records such as daily work reports and attendance.

Skills Required :

- Site supervision & labour handling
- Knowledge of civil construction activities
- Basic understanding of drawings & measurements
- Coordination & communication skills
- Safety and quality awareness

Qualification :

- Diploma / ITI / Civil background (preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years in construction site supervision

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,911.58 - ₹32,618.66 per month
