Position: Resin/Chemical Plant Operator

Location : Dumdum Salary : ₹25,000-₹30,000 per month Office Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor reactors, mixers, pumps, and other plant equipment.
- Carry out batch manufacturing as per SOPs and production schedules.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and reaction time.
- Ensure product quality by following quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production logs, batch records, and equipment checklists.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and statutory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe handling of chemicals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering with a Chemistry background.
- 3-5 years of experience in a resin or chemical manufacturing plant.
- Strong knowledge of batch processing, chemical reactions,



plant safety, and SOP compliance.
- Familiarity with reactors, pumps, valves, and production equipment.
- Valuable problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
