Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.

Coordinate machine dispatch, installation, and commissioning schedules.

Schedule preventive maintenance and breakdown service visits.

Coordinate with service engineers for customer support requirements.

Maintain sales orders, service records, AMC records, and customer databases.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Generate sales, service, and MIS reports.

Support spare parts sales and service coordination activities.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in sales coordination and customer support.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and order processing.
- Good follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- ERP/CRM experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in Machinery, Automation, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Equipment industries preferred.

- Malayalam
- Any additional regional language

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years in Sales Coordination,



Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in machinery or industrial product companies is highly preferred.
