- Architect scalable app structures using state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Dart code following best practices
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs across mobile platforms
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
- Work with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
- Manage app deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and sprint estimations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional mobile development experience,
with at least 2 years focused on Flutter/Dart
- Deep understanding of the Flutter widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and platform channels
- Solid proficiency with state management: BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDK integrations
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
