Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings and project specifications.
- Verify and monitor site measurements for ongoing electrical works.
- Prepare client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation statements.
- Track material consumption and compare with project BOQs and budgets.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work progress updates.
- Prepare rate analysis and assist in cost estimation for projects and variations.
- Monitor project costs and highlight deviations or excess consumption.
- Maintain records of work completed, measurements, and billing documentation.
- Assist in preparation and submission of variation claims and extra work quantities.
- Ensure timely preparation of reports related to quantities, billing, and project costs.




- Support tendering and estimation teams whenever required.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Purchase departments for billing and material-related documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP/Electrical/Construction projects.
- Valuable understanding of BOQs, tender documents, and project drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, billing procedures, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
