Job Summary :We are looking for an ITI Fitter who assembles, fits, maintains, and repairs mechanical components and machinery, ensuring precision, functionality, and safety in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assembly and Fitting : Assemble and fit mechanical components according to technical specifications and engineering drawings, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Maintenance and Repair : Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
- Fabrication and Measurement : Cut, shape, and finish metal parts using hand tools and machines; measure dimensions accurately with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
- Installation : Install machinery, pipe fittings, engines, and structural components in industrial settings.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety standards and procedures while operating tools, welding equipment, and machinery.
- Documentation and Communication : Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints,



and engineering drawings; communicate effectively with engineers and team members.

Skills :

- Proficiency in hand tools and power tools for cutting, filing, drilling, and welding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and fitting techniques, including pipe, engine, and structural fittings.
- Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills for accurate assembly and repair.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and physics for measurements and calculations.
