Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to plant and office users.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC services.

Manufacturing Systems & Applications

- Support ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally / any manufacturing ERP).
- Ensure smooth functioning of production-related IT systems (MES, SCADA, PLC interface support - if applicable).
- Assist production and quality teams with system usage and troubleshooting.

Data & Security

- Ensure data backup, recovery, and system availability.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewall, access control).
- Maintain IT policies,



SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Software & Licensing

- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
- Manage software licenses and renewals.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities for IT automation and digitalization in manufacturing processes.
- Train users on new systems, software, and IT best practices.

Experience/Education

- IT Executive / Engineer : 1-5 years in manufacturing industry
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
