1 Maintain the accuracy, reliability, and operational integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB. Monitor and report on CMDB health metrics (Completeness, Correctness, Compliance) and lead remediation efforts.
2 Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for hardware, software, and cloud assets to optimize costs and reduce risk. Drive maturity in SAM and HAM workflows.
3 Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, and SAM modules
4 Ensure seamless data flow between CMDB, discovery tools, and external systems (e.g., procurement, SCCM).
5 Perform asset maintenance, auditing, tracking, and disposal procedures.
6 Ensure CMDB processes and asset data support audit, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
