Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including:

- Quality Inspection

- Sales & Marketing

- Civil Engineers and related roles

- Manage bulk hiring requirements within tight timelines

- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower needs

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting

- Handle recruitment pressure and consistently deliver results

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 - 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment , preferably in real estate or construction sectors :





- Proven experience in bulk hiring :

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

- Result-oriented mindset with solid follow-up and closing skills

Educational Qualification

- MBA in HR preferred

Work Details

- Work Mode : Work from Office
- Location :Hyderabad
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
