Job Location
Greater Noida - NX One Building
- (Field visits to client locations across Delhi NCR as required)_
Experience Required
- Freshers to 1 year of experience : Salary
₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and interview)
Responsibilities :
- Provide hardware and desktop support (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and basic software :
- Assist in network support (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Handle IT support tickets and user issues
- Visit client sites for on-site IT support when required
- Maintain IT assets and basic documentation
- Support senior engineers in daily IT operations
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & troubleshooting :
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP, LAN, router, switch)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office :
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Good communication and learning attitude
