Required Technical skills :

- ITSM Module Expertise: Ability to flawlessly design, document, and implement the ITSM module with a CSDM-aligned CMDB.
- Able to read and understand network diagrams and basic security concepts (like firewalls, subnets, and access controls).
- Experience in large-scale implementations (multi-country rollouts)
- ServiceNow Certifications : Certified in at least 2 or more ServiceNow modules -CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITBM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SecOps, CIS-GRC, CIS-HRSD, etc
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of web-based development languages, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Plan and execute Version upgrades and patching; manage update sets; coordinate regression/ATF
- Experience: Proven experience in customizations and integrations with enterprise systems, alongside the standard implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules
