Key Responsibilities:

- Create Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models as per project requirements.
- Convert CAD drawings, PDFs, and markups into accurate BIM models.
- Convert SCAN File into accurate BIM models.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and follow client BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and LOD compliance.
- Support senior BIM engineers in project coordination and deliverables.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure.




- Basic knowledge of Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM workflows.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good attention to detail and learning attitude.
- Basic communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, or BIM workflows.
- Internship or academic project experience in BIM.
- Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, and construction documentation.
