Education Qualification : 10+2/Graduation

Experience : Minimum 6 months experience in housing finance

Salary : Up to ₹4 LPA + incentives

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HL/LAP needs.
- Promote and sell HL/LAP products to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up to ensure successful closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan processing and approval procedures.

Qualifications :





- Minimum 6 months of experience in housing finance sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license.
