Job Description - Field Executive (Logistics)

Position : Field Executive - Logistics Mode : Field Work. Experience : 0 to 2 Years Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹18,500 + TA + Performance Incentives

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Visit drivers in the field and explain company services
- Complete driver onboarding and documentation process
- Provide basic training on app usage and operations
- Maintain daily reports of visits and onboarding status
- Build and maintain good relationships with drivers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work

Mandatory Criteria :

- Valid driving license is required

Age Criteria :

- 20 to 22 years preferred

Compensation & Benefits :

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,500
- Travel Allowance (TA)
