Key Responsibilities :

- Book loads with brokers and shippers
- Dispatch drivers for OTR routes across the US
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers
- Resolve route, delivery, and operational issues in real-time
- Update TMS and maintain accurate shipment records

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience as an OTR Dispatcher (US logistics)

- Prior experience working with a US-based trucking/logistics company :

- Strong knowledge of load booking, tracking & tracing :

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Comfortable with night shifts (as per US time zones, if applicable)

- Must be available for immediate joining :

- Onsite/WFO only - Mohali location

Preferred Skills :





- Experience with DAT
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Ability to work under pressure in real-time operations
