Description

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee the entire dispatch process for finished goods from production to customer delivery.
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of dispatched goods and inventory levels.
- Liaise with production teams to understand delivery schedules and product availability.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure safe and productive transportation of products.
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and company policies during the dispatch process.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise in the dispatch operations promptly.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably within the food production industry.




- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using dispatch and inventory management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dispatching food products.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
