Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products. - Manage and expand customer base within the assigned territory, including doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. - Conduct regular field visits to meet with existing and potential customers, detailing product features, benefits, and clinical advantages. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies. - Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports in a timely manner. - Organize and participate in medical camps, product presentations,



and other promotional activities. - Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues effectively. Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and sales techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
