- About the Role _: The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales& operations.
- Key Responsibilities :_
- Property Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai.
- Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property details through in office and online sources.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.
- Team Collaboration:



Regularly update the team with relevant information.
- Independent Work: Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operationalrequirements.
- Qualifications :_
- Communication: Should have basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per jobrequirements.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Drivers license (mandatory).
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
