Curagers Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Nurse Recruiter to build and maintain a strong network of qualified nursing and caregiving professionals for home healthcare services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to actively source, connect with, and maintain a database of part-time and full-time nurses, caregivers, and healthcare staff who can support patients in home settings.

This role requires solid communication skills, persistence in outreach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily outbound calls to identify and connect with nurses, caregivers, and home healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of part-time and full-time nursing staff.
- Perform initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and availability.
- Verify licenses, certifications, and relevant healthcare experience where applicable.

Database & Talent Pool Management





- Ensure the database is continuously updated with new healthcare professionals.

Recruitment Operations

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing requirements for home healthcare services.
- Ensure timely availability of nurses and caregivers for patient assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education

- Graduate in Healthcare, Nursing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Experience

- 1-3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare staffing or home healthcare.

Skills :

- Solid communication and calling skills.
- Experience using Excel or recruitment tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and database management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
