Job Summary : XPERT Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients at their homes. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment, monitoring, and coordination with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care. Key Responsibilities :

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution
- Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council)
- 0-2 years experience (Fresher can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications :

- Provide professional nursing care at patient’s homes.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Perform IV cannulation, catheterization, wound dressing, and other nursing procedures
- Assist patients with daily living activities if required
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and family members about treatment and care plans




- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with doctors and report patient progress.

Experience :

- 1-3 years of experience preferred.
