To attend hospital duties on time in clean uniform according to duty list.

- Maintain discipline and decorum at all times in the hospital.
- To provide & ensure basic nursing care to the patients.
- To help Nurses & ensure proper history of admitted patient is taken with the help of Medical Officer. To make / ensure proper documentation of all findings are done in the prescribed form.
- To supervise / administer / ensure proper medication & treatment to patient as prescribed by the Consultant is done.
- To ensure postings of all procedures & charges.
- To ensure proper medications & treatment to patients as prescribed by the Consultant & document the patient’s response & adaptation to treatment. Timely escalation of the matter to Consultant.
- To help, guide and supervise the patients in self-care & rehabilitative activities related to daily living.
- To guide the patients & their families in relation to restoration & promotion of health & prevention of disease.
- To maintain proper inventory of medicines & consumables.
- To ensure preventive & routine checking of all equipments & instruments.
- To assign duties to Nurse & Attendant staff, and monitor & guide them to perform duties properly.




- To implement / comply with all infection control practices.
- To ensure / send & receive items for sterilization to CSSD.
- To coordinate with Linen department for daily laundry requirement.
- To check BMW is properly carried out as per guide lines.
- To ensure proper data entry & maintain all patient files updated. Proper filing of all papers is mandatory.
- In case of break-down of machine/ facility, to contact B M Eng. and / or maintenance dept.
- Follow all safety precautions. Inform all patient safety events to reporting authority immediately. To keep updated on the latest practices in the patient care.
- To generate and submit all MIS reports to reporting authority.
- To perform tasks, assignments given by management from time to time.
- Disciplinary actions will be initiated against any breach of hospital rules and regulations.

Guideline: Should perform duty as per guideline of NABH.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
