Salary
- Freshers : CTC up to ₹26,000 per month : Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, check, and prepare appropriate surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures.
- Assist surgeons by performing scrub duties during surgical procedures.
- Function effectively as both a Scrub Nurse and Circulating Nurse.
- Coordinate the use of surgical supplies and additional equipment during operations, ensuring safe and appropriate usage.
- Conduct mandatory patient safety checks, including verification of informed consent, patient identity, and operative site before the procedure.
- Perform the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist with the surgical team and ensure accurate documentation.
- Complete mandatory surgical safety checks before the procedure, during surgery, and before wound closure.
- Provide post-operative care to patients in the recovery room.
- Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced OT Nurses will be offered salary based on their experience.
- Good communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
