Location: External Warehouse, Chakan, Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Dispatch Executive to

manage customer dispatch planning, warehouse inventory coordination, and daily

work closely with Production, Accounts, Transporters, and Customers to ensure timely

and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer requirements and prepare monthly and daily dispatch plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices in the warehouse.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment from the

production unit.

- Share daily dispatch schedules and delivery updates with customers.
- Coordinate with transporters and follow up to ensure timely vehicle placement

and deliveries.

- Collect dispatch-related documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, etc.)

from the Accounts department before dispatch.

- Verify dispatch quantities and documentation before loading.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and delivery status

updates.





- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve dispatch and logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications :

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, or supply

chain.

- Knowledge of FIFO inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including customers,

production, transporters, and accounts.

- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Salary

As per industry standards and based on experience.
