We are a rapid-growing ecommerce company specializing in mobile and car accessories, managing 2000+ SKUs with new products added every week. We operate across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and are focused on maintaining high accuracy and operational excellence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Ecommerce Assistant to manage daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations.

This role may seem straightforward, but precision and accountability are critical. Even small errors like incorrect barcode labeling or product mismatches can impact our business significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Packing

- Pack mobile accessories in branded packaging
- Ensure zero errors in product selection and labeling
- Organize packed items into bins systematically

Shipment Handling (FBA / FBF)

- Prepare bulk shipments for platforms like Amazon (FBA/FBF)
- Count, verify, and match products with shipment plans
- Ensure barcode accuracy and proper box packing

Daily Order Management

- Schedule and process orders via Unicommerce (Uniware)
- Print shipping labels and pick correct products




- Verify orders before dispatch to avoid mismatches

Returns & Claims Management

- Receive and inspect return parcels carefully

- Check for:

- Product damage

- Wrong items returned

- File claims on Amazon and Flipkart when required

- Track claims daily and update with required information

- Ensure claims are approved and reimbursements are received

- Escalate delays or discrepancies to management

Inventory & Warehouse Tasks

- Track FBA return shipments and verify received items
- Maintain organized inventory and bin system
- Support all general warehouse operations
- High attention to detail (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Ability to follow processes strictly without errors
- Responsible, organized, and disciplined
- Basic understanding of ecommerce operations preferred
- Comfortable working with inventory and warehouse systems

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
