We currently process 10,000-15,000 orders per month across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon and other leading platforms. With GST registrations in 6 states and ambitious expansion plans, our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to build a long-term career with us.

Job Overview

As our company scales across India, we are looking for future leaders who can grow along with the business and take ownership of operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Supervise receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock tracking.
- Monitor order processing to ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and marketplace operations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare basic inventory and operational reports.
- Help build and improve warehouse processes as the company grows.

Requirements :





- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Positive communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, inventory management, Amazon, or Flipkart operations will be an added advantage.
