Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Location : Fazalganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient management of our inventory and storage facilities.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee all activities related to the storage and handling of goods.
- Supervise a team of storekeepers and warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies, verifying quantities and quality upon delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and physical inventory counts to reconcile stock records and identify any discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management software (Tally) to track stock movements, generate reports.

Qualifications :





- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar role with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Proficiency in computer, Microsoft 365, Excel and Tally software.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Certification in warehouse management or related field (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
