- Logistics and Shipping :Coordinating with transportation providers, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of spares to dealers.
- Safety and Security :Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, managing warehouse security, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement :Analyzing warehouse performance,



identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Budgeting and Cost Control :Developing and managing the warehouse budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
